Find the cause, not just the symptom.

Our physiotherapists take the time to understand why something hurts — then build a clear plan to fix it and keep it from coming back.

Common reasons people come in.

  • Back & neck pain — from desk-related stiffness to acute disc and nerve flare-ups.
  • Sports & overuse injuries — running, surfing, lifting, tennis elbow, tendon issues.
  • Joint & muscle strains — ankles, knees, shoulders and hips.
  • Post-surgical recovery — structured rehab after orthopaedic procedures.
  • Headaches & jaw pain — where they're driven by the neck and posture.

Initial consultations run a full 60 minutes so we can assess thoroughly and start treatment the same day. Follow-ups are 30–45 minutes.
Yes — if you have extras cover with physiotherapy, claim on the spot via HICAPS and only pay the gap. See our pricing & rebates page for detail.
