the finer details

Your invitation will name everyone we’ve saved a seat for. If it reads “and guest”, we’d love to meet them — just add their name when you RSVP. With a coastal venue and a long table, we’re keeping numbers tight, so we hope you understand if it doesn’t.
We adore your little ones, but we’ve planned a grown-ups’ evening so everyone can let their hair down. Nominated children in the wedding party are of course the exception. Happy to recommend local sitters — just ask.
Black tie — dinner jackets and floor-length gowns. The ceremony is on grass, so block heels or flats will thank you. A cool change rolls off the bay after sunset, so bring a wrap for the terrace.
Yes — generous free parking on site, with cars welcome to stay overnight. If you’re enjoying the bar, leave it and hop on a shuttle home; collect it the next morning.
Please arrive from 3:30 pm so you’re seated with a drink in hand before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm. The gates open at 3:00 pm.
Complimentary coaches leave at 12:00 and 12:30 am for Queenscliff, Ocean Grove and central Geelong. Taxis and rideshare can be slow this far out, so we recommend the shuttle or an overnight stay nearby.
By 1 November 2027, please — it helps us confirm catering and seating. You can reply, note dietary needs and request a song all on the RSVP page.
