Order of events
A coastal evening
Black tie. Lawn-friendly heels recommended for the ceremony — the grass is soft.
Guests arrive
Welcome drinks on the upper terrace. Find your seat as the string trio plays.
Ceremony
Under the pines on the ceremony lawn, overlooking the bay.
Cocktails & canapés
Photographs with the couple while the sun drops. Local sparkling and Bellarine gin.
Dinner is served
Long-table feasting in the Stonehaven ballroom. Speeches between courses.
The first dance
Followed by the floor opening to all. The band plays till late.
Last drinks
A final toast on the terrace under the lights.
Carriages
Shuttles depart for Queenscliff and Geelong. See Travel & Stay for times.
Black tie
Dinner jackets and floor-length gowns. Cool change off the water after sunset — bring a wrap.
Open air
The ceremony is outdoors; dinner and dancing are under cover. We’ll move it all inside if the bay turns on us.
Shuttles
Complimentary coaches at 12:00 and 12:30 am to Queenscliff, Ocean Grove and Geelong.
