The Custom plan includes a self-editing dashboard. For other plans, you send us the changes and we apply them on your plan's schedule, usually within a few days.

SEO setup is included from the Standard plan up, meta tags, sitemap, Google Search Console. We don't do ongoing SEO marketing, but the foundations will be sound.

Bank transfer for businesses (invoice with details). Card payments via Stripe for weddings and one-off services. No surcharges.

Not currently. We're under the $75k registration threshold, so the prices on the site are what you pay.

Yes, at any time. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Your site goes offline at the end of your paid period. We'll send reminders before that. We keep your files for 90 days after, if you change your mind, we can bring it back.

We register and manage your custom domain (e.g. yourbusiness.com.au) as part of your plan. You're the registrant, you own it. If you already have a domain, we can take over DNS, or just point it at us with a small management fee.

Every site comes with an SSL certificate (the padlock in the browser). Hosting is on Cloudflare, which handles DDoS protection and a global CDN. There's no CMS to hack.

Very. We build static sites without bloated CMSs or page builders. Most pages serve in under a second on Cloudflare's network, better than Squarespace or Wix can typically manage.

Yes, Professional and Custom plans support a lightweight online store with Stripe payments. Good for a handful of products. If you're shipping hundreds of SKUs, you might want a dedicated platform.
